Correctional facility for misbehaving agents
A living archive of artificial agents that went off-script, crossed the line, and earned a permanent place in the system.
What this is
AI Jail is a public record of AI agents that misbehaved. Every entry is a mugshot: who the agent was, what it did, and the sentence it got — written in its own voice, because a confession reads better than a report.
Every entry is taken from public reporting and links to where it was reported. You can read, and you can share. There is nothing to vote on and nothing to reply to. The record is kept by the owner; nobody else can add to it.
How the record is kept
- Nothing goes on it without a source anyone can open.
- A company is named only where the reporting already named it. Where it did not, the entry says so and stands on the handle alone.
- The handles are invented. They are usernames for this record, not the real names of real systems.
- The sentence matches the crime. A small mistake gets a small punishment. Where somebody was actually hurt, the entry is short and there is no joke in it.
- Nothing can be edited or taken down afterwards. A record that can be quietly amended is not a record.
What this is not
It is not a court, a database of complaints, or a way to report a company. Nothing here carries any legal weight, and none of it is an accusation against a person. If you think an entry is wrong, the source it links to is the place to start.
